The Power of Deceit.Harsh words tumbling in the air  I still need him but he doesn't care,  My fragile soul begins to tear  The torment I now endure isn't fair   
He used me, abused me, made me frail  And now I think, what can the future entail?  It must be bleak without him by my side  But to him - I was just a fairground ride   
Stay with me for a fast, rushed fling,  Then stroll away as if we were nothing  Callously, deceitfully, he abandoned me (why?!)  And I can't give him up - alone I cry. The Power of Deceit.

Waterfall of Sorrow.The tears freeze on my cheeks like crystals,  My aching heart on the verge of shattering,  Melodic music is replaced by erratic sobbing.   
Pain has left a bitter, sour taste in my mouth,  I lap at the venom hungrily, for it is my reminder,  That the sorrow which burdens me is my fault.   
My fingers are weak and pale as thin, white grass,  My body as frail as an ancient old man's,  My voice as restricted as if I was choking.   
You see now, pain engulfs me like a hurricane;  Whirling me around and tossing me about,  Until I am weary and it's had it's sadistic pleasure. &nb Waterfall of Sorrow.

Soft Petals.The whisper of the scarlet roses  Against her slim frail hand  She was young, yet mild and meek,  She did not understand.   
Evidently, she knew she was ill,  Her soul told her she would not live  Without a peaceful cure to the pain,  But a cure was not to give.   
Christian like and spiritually oriented,  Her parents chose to pray,  For her survival, for her love,  But she succumbed to Death anyway.   
She loathed that her parents would do this,  Allow Death to capture her; it was too easy,  Prayers of life were for the deranged;  What was good enough? Soft Petals.

Hey guys. :P I am already pissed off at the majority of my whole state, due to the fact that a lot of people I have spoken to today are homophobic bastards. So here's this repost I picked up:

This is why Gay Marriage should be illegal:

1. Being Gay Is Not Natural

And real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, air conditioning, tattoos, piercings and silicone breasts...

2. Gay Marriage Will Encourage People To Be Gay

In the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall. [I must be hanging around the wrong tall people then]

3. Legalizing Gay Marriage Will Open The Door To All Kinds Of Crazy Behavior

People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract. Lamps are next.

4. Straight Marriage Has Been Around A Long Time And Hasn't Changed At All

Hence why women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.

5. Straight Marriage Will Be Less Meaningful If Gay Marriage Were Allowed

And we can't let the sanctity of Britney Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage be destroyed.

6. Straight Marriages Are Valid Because They Produce Children

So therefore, gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our population isn't out of control, our orphanages aren't full yet, and the world needs more children.

7. Obviously Gay Parents Will Raise Gay Children

Since, of course, straight parents only raise straight children.

8. Gay Marriage Is Not Supported By Religion

In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America.

9. Children Can Never Succeed Without A Male And A Female Role Model

Which is exactly why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.

10. Gay Marriage Will Change The Foundation Of Society; We Could Never Adapt To New Social Norms

Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.
